You can learn all about horses at our ranch. Are you considering owning a horse someday but do not know where to begin. We can help give you the 411 about horse care.

We run an adoption rescue program our mission is to help specially selected horses find a second career. Horses accepted into the program are evaluated, rested and rehabilitated as needed.  We love horses and think they should have the best life possible.

We need volunteers to help with all the physical labor needed to keep a ranch running

Our volunteer program is designed to bring people that have a deep love and respect for horses together with horses that need love and respect.

Help ranch staff feed, water, hay, bath, & groom rescued and recovering horses. Tasks can include scrubbing out waters, cleaning stalls, exercising, brushing and other duites as requested. All work is physical but not necessarily difficult or hard.

Age Limitation
Due to the potential danger of our daily functions, children under the age of 12 cannot volunteer, and children/young adults between the ages of 12 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers must sign a waiver and wear closed toe shoes at all times.

You'll find that we are very specific about horse care. During the hot, muggy days of summer and on the miserable, bitter cold days of winter, the horses still need to be fed, the water buckets filled, the paddocks cleaned and the medications given. If you say you'll be here, we're counting on you. On the other hand, if you just want to groom you are more than welcome to come when the weather's nice. We have a number of people that use their "grooming time" to get away from it all. Once we know that you can handle yourself safely around horses, we'll leave you alone.

We feed, train and provide veterinary care. The horses are then placed with qualified adopters to begin their chance at a second career one horse at a time.  We understand times are hard and economy is bad we are here to help your equine freind.

We are seeking volunteers to help out on the Barn. Do you love animals ? Do you like riding horses. We have over 24 stalls that need to be mucked 2 times a day. We need help feeding & watering  exercising  grooming and  mucking,  mucking and more ******* mucking.

Give us a call if you would like to volunteer. We always are in need of extra hands on the farm. If you have riding experience and would also like to ride in exchange for mucking stalls that would be great too. We also adopt unwanted horses.

Taking care of almost 50 horses requires a LOT of money for feed and hay blankets, feed buckets, fly masks, supplements, halters & lead ropes etc
